Maximum Number of Children

• We have a low staff/children ratio to ensure the safety of your children.
• There is a maximum of five children per staff person.
• No more than one child under the age of 12 months will be allowed per staff person.
• The age range is 6 weeks to 10 years.

Reservation System

• Members may reserve a place for a child up to 48 hours in advance.
• Members need to make reservations at least 24 hours in advance.
• Children will be accepted with less than a 24-hour notice based on availability.
• Reservations may be made for a maximum of two hours per day.
• You may cancel a reservation at any time.
• Tardiness in excess of 15 minutes, without notification, may result in forfeiture of child's reservation for that day.
• Failure to show up for a reservation will result in a no-show fee equal to the time reserved.
• Kid's Clubhouse is a babysitting service, not childcare. Members must be onsite at all times.

Kid's Clubhouse Member Price List: $3 per hour, per child

Please print and complete the Kid's Clubhouse packet for each child, and bring with you to the Kid’s Clubhouse on your first visit.
