T.O.P.S. Program
T.O.P.S. is a cutting edge, 5-week fitness program designed to maximize the athletic potential of each participant by improving speed, power, agility, reaction, footwork and functional strength. Participants will learn the movement skills necessary to perform at a higher level in football, basketball, track and field, baseball / softball, volleyball, swimming, hockey, soccer , tennis, lacrosse, wrestling, and gymnastics.
• NIKE SPARQ© testing in the 40 yard sprint, the vertical jump, the 20 yard shuttle, and the kneeling power ball toss
• Male and Female Athletes Ages 11-18
• $300 (price includes T.O.P.S. training T-shirt)
• The Spring session will run March 22nd through April 9th
• Sessions will be Tuesdays 7:15pm-8:15pm and Saturdays 11:30am-12:30pm

Jeremy Allen
Jeremy Allen, NSCA-CSCS, NIKE SPARQ©
Jeremy is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where he was All-Big 10 and All American in football and track and field. In 1998, he was the U.S. Junior Champion in the discus and represented the United States in the World Junior Championships in France. During his tenure at the University of Iowa, Jeremy held the school records for fullbacks in the shot put, the 35lb weight toss, the vertical jump, the squat, and the 40 yard dash. After a historic college career, he went on to play in the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings, the New Orleans Saints, the Atlanta Falcons, and then in the NFL European league with the Rhein Fire. Jeremy takes the values and principles that he successfully utilized during his athletic career and applies them to his performance training.
Brady Robbins
Brady Robbins, NSCA-CSCS
Brady is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association with a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Minor in business from Texas State University. He is a left-handed pitcher and 1st baseman, and during high school was named Newcomer of the year (23-AAA) as a sophomore and AAA All-State Honorable Mention as a sophomore and senior. He was named All-District and helped his team to the AAA Regional Finals. At Texas State, Brady posted a team best, 1.50 ERA in 2005. His other accomplishments include pitching for Team USA in the Junior Olympics, where he pitched a 1-hit shutout for a win against Team Canada; 3 trips to the World Wood Bat Championships; and 3 trips to the Super Seven Invitational.
