Brady Robbins
Brady is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association with a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Minor in business from Texas State University. He is a left-handed pitcher and 1st baseman, and during high school was named Newcomer of the year (23-AAA) as a sophomore and AAA All-State Honorable Mention as a sophomore and senior. He was named All-District and helped his team to the AAA Regional Finals. At Texas State, Brady posted a team best, 1.50 ERA in 2005. His other accomplishments include pitching for Team USA in the Junior Olympics, where he pitched a 1-hit shutout for a win against Team Canada; 3 trips to the World Wood Bat Championships; and 3 trips to the Super Seven Invitational.

Total Body Blast

This intermediate level class is for all ages and all genders geared toward conditioning the whole body.
Russian Kettlebells

This is a beginner Kettlebell class; however, previous weight lifting experience is important. Participants must schedule a complimentary movement and fitting session prior to signing up for the class.
TRX Suspension Training- $20 per class.
